The nature of your mind


The most important thing you can do in this present moment is to pay attention to your current emotions, feelings, fears, deeds, responses, attitudes, thoughts, needs and desires. Welcome them the best you can. Everything that takes place in the present has to be accepted in the present, the Now. Dealing with the emotions permit you internal healing.


Don’t wait for tomorrow to release Unwanted feelings because more resentment will be added into your unconsciousness. Depression, denial, fear, anger and resentment can eliminate your inner peace. Be present in the Now and welcome as it is. Embrace and recognize your emotions.
