for yourself you will develop a hunger to accomplish you dreams”.

Be grateful for each breath
Wisdom is to learn to embrace and enjoy every second as a gift
and a blessing. Enjoys the Now by giving and receiving love. Try to find
activities that make you laugh because it’s the best therapy to heal. Practice exercises
of forgiveness because they are best medicines to heal. We all have an
expiration date; but no one knows the day or hour it is. For this reason enjoy life to the fullest. The idea is to reborn in consciousness and be
grateful for each breath.

future. Is to stop criticizing and judging
your feelings and emotions. Is the ability of be in the now and enjoy it to
the fullest.
Being aware is releasing
your shames, blames and guilt, knowing that you didn't know better in the past.
It’s the wiliness to grieve and feel your sadness. Is letting go of your emotions, people and things that don’t serve you any longer.
Being conscious is giving yourself permission to acknowledge your being and celebrate yourself for who you are. Is being grateful for this day and all you have.
