Wisdom is to learn to embrace and enjoy every second as a gift
and a blessing. Enjoys the Now by giving and receiving love. Try to find
activities that make you laugh because it’s the best therapy to heal. Practice exercises
of forgiveness because they are best medicines to heal. We all have an
expiration date; but no one knows the day or hour it is. For this reason enjoy life to the fullest. The idea is to reborn in consciousness and be
grateful for each breath.
