AFRAID ABOUT YOUR LIFE



Pride, anxiety, weakness, grief, resentment, empathy, yelling, rage, anger and fear are common reactions for people who are afraid about their life, especially when are in a relationship. Allow your mind to remember what the roots of the problem are, go back to the causes and write them down. Is there something you can do to stop your yelling, rage, anger, etc?
