Self-respect is the ability to be aware of your inner strength. Is to honor your personal values by making the choices you need to make for a more healthy and spiritual life. It starts by facing your fears and leaving on the side the things that doesn’t serve you any longer such as: marking an end in a relationship with your couple or a friend/s, leaving a job, move from a place/country, look for aid to remove an addiction or a bad habit, etc.
When you use your endurance, stamina and self-respect more empowerment and self-esteem originates giving you the opportunity to fulfill your dreams and live the life you are destine to live.
