A garden of fogginess

Forgiveness is a task we have to be conscious all the time. Every day we wake up with mix feelings and emotions of rage, fear, anger, grief, pains. Sometimes it feels as if we have to start our life over every day. Exercises of letting go are greats guides to begin. Fogginess is not something you do for someone else; but for your own peace and health. None can request you to forgive; it has to be a craving within.

Each of us is born with a guide system of forgiveness and our task is to learn how to use it. Today plant a garden of fogginess within. The power of fogginess gives you the strength to live the life you are supposed to live full of love, peace and joy.

Joyful as an infant

You can be happy as an infant. Toddlers are so joyful because there is not ego disturbing them. Therefore, don’t pay attention to your ego and become free from your negative thoughts. Joy is the path of life.

Express yourself

Express yourself, let your feelings exist and embrace them. You can be in control of your unconscious and any aspects that you were once afraid of. You have the power to make your life the way you want it to be. Believe it or not you possess the strength to co-create your life; all the tools are inside you. You just need and aspiration and be faithful to yourself. There are thousands of resources available to you, take advantage of this offer. It is time to be open to new possibilities, leave on the side your conservative and conformist views.

To obtain anything you want in life you need to be more patient and more understanding of others and yourself. There are always memories that you are holding you for too long. You need to let go of the past if you want to be conscious of the present and enjoy it. Don’t be afraid of life; confront it, become aware that life is your friend. If you see it as your competitor, it will become your enemy.

Miracles happen

Inspiration is the key for achievement. Miracles happen every day. Adopt the feeling of what you want to achieve, before it comes to you. Happiness, wealth, health, love, etc. can come to you as soon you assume you have them.

We are the drivers of our life. For that reason, we have the choices to go to beautiful places. Let’s drive where our dreams are. Life is an adventure, let’s enjoy it without feeling any pressures.

Honor yourself in this present moment. You are perfect just as you are; you don’t need others’ approvals only yours. Honor yourself, if you don't do it for yourself no one will. Reality mirrors what your life projects.

Embrace your present

It is time to start living your life, therefore begin today. I am learning to embrace my life by valuing and loving this present moment. It tastes and looks better when you see it with open eyes. Life doesn’t have limitations, we create them. Everything is possible.
