THE GRACE OF PATIENCE



Patience is the best way to keep yourself in harmony. To be reach, it requires the power of decision. You need to trust, so you can grasp it. It needs time to grow and to develop. Also, you need to learn how to accept your existing and upcoming experiences. This is the reason why patience is considered to the best prayer we can pray every day, if possible the whole day.

Living in fortitude doesn’t mean you need to stay in relationship or a job where humiliations, injustices, abuses and calamities exist, because these are indications of low self-esteem and fear. Patience is to be aware that your desires are coming and you are motivated to receive them.

There are wonderful methods that can help you with the balance of patience such as: the use and daily practice of meditation; visualization; gratitude and affirmations. These techniques will help you to pay more attention on how to stimulate your mind, by taking more consideration to your feelings; preferences and desires. They will guide you to realize how you feel and what the reason is.
